Ingredients

  • TVP

  • Beans

  • Corn Chips

  • Pasta Sauce

  • Vegan Cheese

  • Avocado

  • Onion

  • Lime

  • Pine Nuts



Preparation

  1. Add corn chips into 180degree celcius oven for 15-20 mins

  2. Drain beans and cook with TVP (after soaking in water for 20 mins) on medium heated pan for 2 mins.

  3. Add garlic powder, spices and pasta sauce. Cook for 3 mins.

  4. Prep guacamole by adding whole avocado fruit, half chopped onion and lime juice. Then mix thoroughly.

  5. Add taco mix onto corn chips, then vegan cheese and layer with guac mix, pine nuts and pinch of salt.

  6. Enjoy the gains !
