Ingredients

Cherry Tomatoes

Zucchini

Carrots

Capsicum

Firm Tofu

Basil

Parsley

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

Cayenne Pepper

Italian Herbs

Oregano Powder


Preparation

Chop carrots and capsicum and place into a bowl

Add cherry tomatoes, spices and crumble tofu into bowl

Mix with chopped basil and parsley

Slice zucchini with grater and add into large bowl


Blend half serve of pasta mix in a high speed blender then add onto zucchini noodles then top with rest of pasta sauce


Add salt, hemp seeds and pepper and enjoy !
