Ingredients

Nori Sheets

Tofu

Avocado

Capsicum

Carrot

Hemp Seeds

Cauliflower

Leafy Greens

Tamari Sauce

Hummus



Preparation

Shred cauliflower finely

Add hummus onto nori sheet, then cauliflower and leafy greens

Add sliced carrots, capsicum and tofu

Top with hemp seeds, avocado and soy sauce

Wrap firmly with a touch of water on edge of nori sheet

Serve and enjoy !
