Ingredients
Secret Sauce by Antonia Munoz
2 TBS tahini
1 lime juice
1 TBS date syrup
2 tsp tamarind sauce
1 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
Pinch of Salt
2-3 TBS spring water
Poke Bowl
Broccoli
Mango
Nouri Sheet
Edamame
Carrots
Leafy Greens
2 cups cooked Brown Rice
Tofu & Tempeh cooked with tamarind sauce, garlic powder and spice
Shallot
Avocado
Preparation
Add sauce mix into a high powered blender and blend until thick and smooth
Cook brown rice until fluffy with 3 cups of water for 20 mins
Steam broccoli for 5 mins
Cook tempeh and tofu on a medium fried pan for 3 mins each side
Add rice, salad, avocado, shallots, sheets, tofu, tempeh, veg and edamame to bowl
Top with the secret sauce and enjoy this delicious nourishing high protein meal !
