Ingredients

Secret Sauce by Antonia Munoz

  • 2 TBS tahini

  • 1 lime juice

  • 1 TBS date syrup

  • 2 tsp tamarind sauce

  • 1 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Pinch of Salt

  • 2-3 TBS spring water


Poke Bowl

  • Broccoli

  • Mango

  • Nouri Sheet

  • Edamame

  • Carrots

  • Leafy Greens

  • 2 cups cooked Brown Rice

  • Tofu & Tempeh cooked with tamarind sauce, garlic powder and spice

  • Shallot

  • Avocado


Preparation

  1. Add sauce mix into a high powered blender and blend until thick and smooth

  2. Cook brown rice until fluffy with 3 cups of water for 20 mins

  3. Steam broccoli for 5 mins

  4. Cook tempeh and tofu on a medium fried pan for 3 mins each side

  5. Add rice, salad, avocado, shallots, sheets, tofu, tempeh, veg and edamame to bowl

  6. Top with the secret sauce and enjoy this delicious nourishing high protein meal !
