Rice Noodle
Tempeh
Cherry Tomatoes
Parsley
Broccoli
Zucchini
Cucumber
Red Cabbage
Carrot
Soy Sauce
Chilli Sauce
Lime
Hemp Seeds
Preparation
Add rice noodles to boiled water for 5 mins
Cook tempeh with seasonings like herbs, garlic, paprika, soy sauce and date syrup.
Add zucchini, broccoli and carrots with tempeh.
Add noodles to plate with cooked veg and top with fresh parsley, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, hemp seeds, chilli sauce, soy sauce and lime.
Enjoy this fresh dish thats super light on the stomach !
