Tabouli

Cherry Tomatoes

Tofu

Tahini
Chilli Sauce
Preparation
Start with baking potatoes marinaded with extra virgin olive oil, herbs, paprika and cayenne pepper for 20 mins at 180 degrees
Cook rice and quinoa for 20 mins on medium heat.
Bake Falafel for 10 mins with the potatoes.
Cook tofu with extra virgin olive oil, soy sauce, date syrup, garlic and paprika until bbq texture.
Chop tabouli ingredients and mix in a bowl with lemon, extra virgin olive oil and salt.
Add hummus onto your choice of wrap, rice mix, tabouli, potatotes, falafel, tbs hemp seeds, avocado and top with your choice of sauces. Enjoy !
