Ingredients
150g Firm Tofu
Half Avocado
TBS Hemp Seeds
2 Slices Wholemeal toast
Cup Leafy Greens
TBS Nutritional Yeast
Half Cup Coconut Milk
Tsp Garlic Powder
Tsp Turmeric
Tsp Sweet Paprika
Half Cup Capsicum
Half Cup Cucumber
TBS Lime
TBS Tahini
TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
TBS BBQ Sauce
Preparation
Scrambled Tofu
Heat pan to medium with tbs of extra virgin olive oil
Add firm tofu after draining water and break into small pieces
Add garlic powder, paprika, nutritional yeast, coconut milk, turmeric
If you want to take your scramble to next level, add vegan cheese, sliced zucchini and mushrooms
Mix until golden and cooked
Add to toast with avocado and top with hemp seeds
Compliment with salad, cucumber, capsicum, olive oil, lime and tahini
Enjoy a delicious classic breakfast meal
