Ingredients

  • Brown Rice

  • Wholemeal Wrap

  • Leafy Greens

  • Cucumber

  • Vegan Cheese

  • Tofu

  • Coconut Milk

  • Tumeric

  • Nutritional Yeast

  • Garlic Powder

  • Beans

  • Tomato Sauce

  • Pasta Sauce

  • Avocado



Preparation

Cook brown rice day before with 2 cups of brown rice and 3 cups of water


  1. Cook 150g of firm tofu on medium heated pan with extra virgin olive oil.

  2. Add tsp of garlic powder, cup of nutritional yeast, tsp tumeric, cup of coconut milk and paprika (optional)

  3. Cook for 3 mins then add onto wrap with hummus, brown rice, leafy greens and cucumber.

  4. Cook beans after draining on medium heated pan. Then add pasta sauce and cook for 3 mins.

  5. Add to burrito and gently wrap to desired thickness.

  6. Enjoy the gains !
