Ingredients

  • Plantain

  • Beans

  • Avocado

  • Corn

  • Leafy Greens

  • Tempeh

  • BBQ sauce

  • Garlic Powder

  • Paprika

  • Tamari Sauce

  • Date syrup

  • Hummus

  • Pine Nuts



Preparation

  1. Cook tempeh on medium heated pan (with extra virgin olive oil optional) and add TBS bbq sauce, tsp garlic powder, tsp paprika, TBS date syrup and TBS tamari sauce for 3 mins

  2. Lightly cook plantain for 3 mins each side.

  3. Add leafy greens, avocado, corn, plantain, tempeh, hummus and cooked beans onto plate.

  4. Enjoy the gains !
