Preparation
Cook tempeh on medium heated pan (with extra virgin olive oil optional) and add TBS bbq sauce, tsp garlic powder, tsp paprika, TBS date syrup and TBS tamari sauce for 3 mins
Lightly cook plantain for 3 mins each side.
Add leafy greens, avocado, corn, plantain, tempeh, hummus and cooked beans onto plate.
