About the Recipe

Ingredients

150g Seitan

50g Lentils

1 Wholemeal Wrap

150g cooked brown rice

Capsicum

Cucumber

Garlic Sauce

BBQ Sauce

Garlic Powder

Half Avacado

Paprika

Tamari Sauce

Preparation

  1. Prepare 150g of brown rice the day before.

  2. Cook 150g of seitan in medium heated frypan.

  3. Add spices, garlic, TBS bbq sauce, TBS tamari sauce and TBS date syrup. Cook for 5 mins or until crispy / desired texture.

  4. Add 150g rice to wrap, with leafy greens, sliced cucumbers, sliced capsicum, half avocado and garlic sauce.

  5. Add 50g of cooked lentils.

  6. Top up with preferred sauce like BBQ and serve on plate.

  7. Enjoy the gains !
