In this guide you'll find a number of recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner which you can create variously. This Meal Planner is designed to simplify your Plant Based Diet journey and help get you started by covering the basics with delicious and nutritious recipes.

 

There are 9 main Recipes which you can create differently that will cover most of your nutrient needs, a shopping list of mainly whole foods and a guide to plant based alternatives to what you may be currently eating.

 

The easiest way I have found to make the full switch is by alternating one meal at a time, enjoying what you eat and also testing different foods and brands to your taste buds to find a happy medium of whole foods with the occasional treat.
